Questions?

What does Terros offer?

Consulting, EV charger supply and end-to-end charging stations, from design and installation through commissioning to after-sales service, within the agreed scope.

Which charger should I choose?

The Terros team helps you choose the size and type of charger to suit your site, its electrical supply, the number of vehicles you expect and your budget.

What is the difference between split-type and all-in-one?

An all-in-one charger houses the power system and the connectors in a single unit. A split-type system separates the power cabinet from the dispensers, so the connectors can be placed more flexibly around the site. The right choice depends on the size and layout of your station.

How long do delivery and installation take?

It depends on the model, the number of units, stock and how ready the site is. Terros confirms the schedule once the project details are agreed.

Is there a warranty and after-sales service?

Yes. The warranty follows the model and the package quoted, with technical coordination and after-sales support. The details are set out in the quotation and the contract.
